Stir-Fried Green Beans with Pork

Updated: Aug 6, 2021

Today I tried cooking a dish, which has a mix of vegetables and pork. I am making stir-fried green beans with pork. I have not cooked this before, so I went online and looked for a simple tutorial.

Here are my ingredients:

  • Pork belly (sliced into strips)

  • Cloves garlic (minced)

  • Medium-sized onion

  • Baguio beans (chopped)

  • Medium-sized carrots (diced)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Soy Sauce

  • Oyster Sauce

First, I heated the oil in a pan over high heat until smoking. I added pork and cooked it for about 15 minutes.

I sautéd the onions and garlic and then mix them with the pork.

I added green beans . . .

. . . and carrots.

I added water and let it simmer for at least five minutes.

I poured the Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce, and I seasoned to taste. And it is ready.

Mangaon ta (let's eat).
