The Week that Was

It's the weekend. Can you believe it? It seems like it was just yesterday when I started my 30-day diary challenge. So far, so good.

As usual, weekends are for assignments, me time, and discovering new things. When there are no classes, I spend my time watching Filipino romantic-comedy movies, listening to music, or simply resting.
But today is different because I got to hang out with my housemate. We talked about anything under the sun. And it was fun.
I realized that going out of the room and talking with other people decreases my frustrations. I also got to talk more today than in the previous days. It's always nice to have a smooth conversation.
So, what did I learn this week? Well, I realize that I can do a daily blog. I'm now more open to you who is reading this. I also realized that blogging helps me understand myself even more, especially when it comes to my interests.
What do I look forward to in the coming weeks? I plan to release more engaging videos, in which I will talk about languages in my home country, share a quick review on my new filming device, and introduce Filipino food that I miss.
Anyway, I'm looking ahead to Sunday's getaway. I want to use that day to unwind, meet new people, see more places, and get a new perspective on life.
And I hope that from tomorrow's quick escapade, I will become fully recharged for the next week's new set of challenges.
Since today was special, let me share this song from Missing Filemon. Suroy is a Cebuano word that means stroll. Having said that, I want to ask where are you going to stroll this weekend?
That's it for now. Talk to you tomorrow.
P.S.
